| Introduction | My name is Amanda Taylor I live in Richmond Virginia with my husband David and our cat Luci. I work from home doing closed captioning for religious broadcasts. My main hobby is blogging not only for myself but I love doing Bible study blogs with others and for my church. Last year I was diagnosed with Avascular Necrosis. This disease attacks the joints and in my case it attacked both my hips. It causes the blood vessels to shut down and stop feeding blood to the bone then the bone dies. I share this because you will see that a lot of my blogging is about my faith journey with this area of my life. I hope that by sharing in my blog I can encourage others who deal with trying and long situations in their life. |

| Favorite movies | I love a lot of movies. I think movies that I'm drawn to the most are biographies. I love being inspired by other people's lives and what they have gone through. |
| Favorite music | I love worship music and thats pretty much what I listen to most of the time. Some of my favorite worship artists are: Kim Walker, Rita Springer, Hillsong, Hillsong United, Delirious, Jesus Culture, Misty Edwards, David Crowder, Kelly Minter, Matt Redman and Dan Groves. Other artists and bands that I enjoy are: House of Heroes, Switchfoot, Juliana Theory, Grammatrain, Muse, U2, Luna Halo, Flyleaf, Classic Crime, Family Force 5, Explosions in the Sky, DC Talk, Audio Adrenaline, Anberlin, Adlan Cruz. |
