| Introduction | I have been in Florida since 1978, moved here from Omaha, Nebraska but grew up in Ohio. I had the incredible good fortune to marry my long-time friend Rich in 2000, we will celebrate our 11th anniversery in March! I bred, trained, and showed Dobermans for approximately 25 years and produced several champions. We are currently proudly owned by 2 rescue Dobermans, Gladys and Tess, and 1 Lab/Golden/who-knows-what mix, Holly. We are all ruled by Oscar the cat, King of the Universe. I discovered CrossFit in September 2008 and have never felt healthier or stronger than I do now. I also enjoy 5K's and more recently the challenge of 1/2 marathons and sprint triathlons. Respiratory Care is my profession and I have been at the same hospital since coming to Florida. I recently went back to school and obtained a Master's in Health Science. As I wind down my hospital career, I would like to explore teaching. |
