Introduction	Allan C. Cañete has been in the field of Human Resources and Organization Development since 1989. He has been working as an OD and training consultant since 1992 and has done several OD interventions to numerous companies in different industries. Presently he is the president of Creative Moves Consulting, He was the former Senior Vice President for Marketing of United Systems Plans Inc., 2001-2002 and He worked as an Organization Development Consultant of Cisco Systems Ltd., Philippines from 1998- 2001. Recently he worked as the Corporate Planning and Business Development Manager of STI College in 2003 to 2005. He also worked as part-time OD consultant of Cisco Systems Philippines in 2000 to 2002. He was the HROD Manager of Burger Machine Inc. from 1994- Feb 2000. Prior to that, he was a Training Specialist of Jollibee Foods Corporation in 1993 to 1994. He was also an Assistant Manager for Organization Development of Golden Donuts Inc. (Dunkin' Donuts) from 1990-1993.
