Introduction	This blog uses hyperlinking (rabbit holes) and allows posts to develop and grow organically over time. This is my excuse for its free-form structure and "brain dump" format. New post themes are used when it seems useful. Overall, there is an aphorism that suggests that most people will eventually forgive anyone almost anything - other than being right. And another that suggests most people will readily admit being wrong when found out, but only reluctantly admit to having been fooled. Manipulators and propagandists take full advantage of this when propagating myths and conspiracy theories. See which of the high-profile "carbon" soothsayers is keen to admit having been fooled to adopt an absolute extreme position, when the reality is that climate changes all the time and many factors - including "carbon" - MAY be involved. And they actually mean gaseous Carbon Dioxide CO2. Not diamonds, coal or graphite.
