Introduction	Richard Norman is a born and raised Texan who grew up near Fort Bliss and loved to wonder the desert with his brother and their dog. Since young adulthood he spent many hours in the service of his friends, family, and acquaintances. He served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is a decent mechanic. He was a contractor, building new homes. Richard loves, and is a student of history, and is well-read in the scriptures. He is a firm believer in the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, God, and Country. His life took a dramatic turn when a man he knew was being trained in national disarmament during the Bill Clinton presidency. His life’s focus changed from just providing for his family to include protecting his children’s freedoms and tomorrows. For this purpose he compiled information for over 15 years, gaining a precision machining certificate, which was necessary for compiling this instructive manual.
