| Introduction | On August 17 of 2010, I left my home in southwestern Colorado home and began my year in Linkebeek, a little town right outside of Brussels, Belgium's capital. As an AFS exchange student, I lived with a host family and went to school at Notre Dame des Champs, a secondary school in Uccle, (a commune of Brussels). That year changed my life. In this blog, you will find stories, descriptions, pictures, and thoughts that I wrote during my time abroad. I posted as frequently as I could, but there are some gaps, especially near the end.
