Introduction	It all started when I heard on the news that a bunch of people got hepatitis from a bartender at a local restaurant chain. The fruit that's cut-up is often not washed nor do the bartenders typically wear gloves. It also tends to sit out for long periods of time. -- Anyway, anytime a bartender tries to put a lime on my drink I yell "no lime please" or just throw it at them. And that's where the name of this blog came from.
