Introduction	I'm Rebecca and I am on a health and fitness quest. I'm just like everyone else. I love food, I love relaxing and I sometimes have a hard time motivating myself. That being said, I am determined to stay in shape and get in even better shape than I am now. I want to avoid the health related diseases that plague not just my family, but the country (and world) as well. Follow me on my journey. I hope to help and inspire others like me.
