Introduction	I long for my Grandmother's garden in England that I remember as a child, and I am trying to create something similar in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. My husband has lived in this house, Astolat Farm, all his life. There are 24+ acres: 8-10 of them are farmed. The house (circa 1850) is on approximately three acres that are gardens, potential gardens, and pastures for my goats, Doodles and Petunia. The rest is wooded. We are located in USDA hardiness zone 6 (but it's really zone 5.) I am a garden coach and writer currently writing a book for Timber Press publishers.
Interests	Gardening, grandchildren, writing, photography, reading, traveling, volunteering.
Favorite movies	I love many old black and white movies. My favorite is Casablanca.
Favorite music	Jazz, Classical
Favorite books	Too many to mention. I especially love gardening books of course.
