| Introduction | 49-years-old and ready to stop taking pictures only from the neck up. Thinks Ben & Jerry's Brownie Batter Ice Cream is a gift from God. Hiking is my passion but at this weight I prefer to do it from the passenger seat of an air conditioned car. Nature is lovely when viewed between Burger King drive-thrus. Expertise on writing about being fit by 50: I once was fit (really, I have pictures) and I'm in my 40s. Plus, I see a lot of commercials for the Biggest Loser (I don't actually watch it; that would take away from my eating time - duh!). |
