If you drive on a parkway why don't they make the whole plane out of that?
No... this is not a random question, it is a stupid question. It's supposed to be Why do we drive on the parkway and park in the driveway AND THE SECOND QUESTION IS... If the black box is the only part of the plane to survive, then why don't they make the entire plane out of that... answer... It would be too heavy and the plane would not fly. It is intended to be a component of the plane.
