| Introduction | Billie Mann is an artist and writer based in Raleigh, North Carolina. She has been a cinephile of classic and camp films since she was a small girl watching them on TV, taking her love for the genre through college in the 1970s, where she minored in Film Criticism, to her present-day online musings. She has been writing online film reviews since 2004 on her website Classic and Camp Film Reviews.
