| Introduction | I strive to bring truth and cause-and-effect thinking to political issues that are important to all Americans. This blog was founded on my belief that liberals and conservatives can and should coexist, thus the FNR moniker. My hope is dwindling for peaceful coexistence, and my tone reflects that. My essays, articles and columns have been published in state, local and national publications. In addition to freelance writing, I've been a newspaper and online columnist.
