About me

Introduction	Hi, my name is Nate Wallace, and this is a blog I created for my senior project at Upper Arlington High School in Columbus, Ohio. My thesis was: How is food an art form? I decided to answer that question by looking at some of the best, perhaps unknown, restaurants in Columbus. I wrote reviews of six restaurants that I visited. The restaurants will range from a breakfast diner to an elegant steakhouse, from a Mexican restaurant to a hot dog joint. I hope you enjoy reading my reviews as much as I will enjoy eating the delicious meals. Update (3/2/14)--I am looking to continue posting reviews of various restaurants I visit and keeping up with this blog.
