Introduction	My name means honey bee and I like to eat. I also like to cook. I like having the ability to make my own ingredient choices and throwing together something fresh and delicious. I love the sound of onions sizzling in a hot oiled pan and the challenge of timing the different components of a meal just right. Although many busy women would argue that cooking is cumbersome, for me it's an escape. It's my way of unwinding after a busy day or getting creative on my days off. The process is usually as rewarding as the result. What will I cook up next?!
