Introduction	I'm a former student of defence & international relations issues, and I still enjoy trying to keep up to date with whats going on in the world. My main research areas are naval related, but I also find geopolitics fascinating. I wanted to write this blog to try and keep my critical thinking and analytical skills up now I'm no longer studying full time. I was inspired to start this site by reading many of the other great defence blogs out there, and hope in time to make a career as a defence journalist. Everything said here is obviously my own personal view and take on life, and I'm not speaking on behalf of any organisation, groups or so on.
