Introduction	I'm a 28 year old culinary school graduate, resident of Phoenix, Arizona.I'm a chef by day and a martial arts student/instructor by night. Right now I'm running a gourmet salad station for Chartwell's, a food service corporation.Eventually, I hope to move to Hawaii and pursue my goal of opening my own bakery/cafe there.

Favorite music	I have very eclectic music tastes but I like pop, classic rock, some country, Spanish music, Irish, Hawaiian, Jamaican, and definitely oldies and Motown.
Favorite books	The Diary of Anne Frank, Memoirs of a Geisha, Mastering the Art of French Cooking, Zen in the Martial Arts.
