| Introduction | I am a stay at home Mom of three children. My eldest Son is six and I have three year old boy/girl twins. I am tired and in desperate need of a coffee every waking moment of the day. I am in awe of my children, they inspire me everyday to be the best that I can. They help me to stay present and embrace change. I am married to a US Navy Diver, he is my love and support and there is no other person I would want to go through life with. I am fortunate beyond words.
