The working title of my thesis is: Direct Taxation and Community Law: Balancing Rights and Obligations in an Multi-Level Legal System. Apart from teaching and writing at Leiden University I am also a tax adviser with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Rotterdam and a judge at the District Court of Haarlem. |
