Introduction I've been a poet since childhood. In high school, a philosophical journey led me from doubt into an ever-deepening faith in Christ. In 1971, I married Rosemary, still the loveliest woman on earth. God blessed us with 12 children and a growing number of grandchildren. Between graduation from Bible College (1972) and before nursing school, I served 2 years with Gospel Outreach in Northern California and 3 years with Youth With a Mission in Quebec. I worked 34 years as a hospital RN, retiring from L&D nursing in 2015. After getting an M.A. in "Cross-Cultural Studies" in 1988 and later becoming a Wesleyan minister, I pastored a retirement community church for almost 28 years before retiring (July, 2023). Now, with ongoing heart problems and my prostate cancer in stage 4, my strength is failing and my life is winding down. My dear wife and lover, Rosemary, is taking good care of me until I get to go home and see my Lord Jesus.
