| Introduction | Welcome to my blog. I created this blog in December of 2011 as a way to share my experience with family, friends and supporters as I trained for the Boston Marathon in 2012 as a member of the Dana Farber Marathon Challenge Team. I ran in honor of a very special boy named Josh. Please see my first post "Boston Here I Come" for a full description of why I decided to run. On April 16, 2012, I completed the marathon and with the help of so many family members, friends, and colleagues raised over $15,000. This brought me back again in 2013, 2014 and 2015 as a result have raised over $63,000. There is still much to be done so I will continue to do what I can and ask that you do the same. I will be training to run again in 2016. I hope you will partner with me in helping Dana Farber reach the ultimate goal-A world without cancer. It is only possible if we all do our part. |
