About me

Introduction When I get up on a Saturday morning one of the first thoughts that runs through my mind is what tasty dishes do I want to create today. I inevitably come up with at least 3 to 4 meals that I want to try my hand at and off to the market I go. Like many individuals I work full time, so my weekends are precious and if I’m very lucky I get to spend the majority of that time in my kitchen cultivating and creating food in the hopes of completely satiating those I love with the savory and sweet. Professionally I have had the privilege of working both as a nurse and one who coaches and leads others, but it is in the kitchen where I find the utmost pleasure. It is my hope that I can bring some of that same happiness to your homes as well through my creative cuisine.
