| Introduction | I'm not sure if my love for cooking came from the heart or the stomache. My mom had four dishes she made well... most of the time. I would sit in the kitchen and watch. Over time her dishes were ingrained in my memory. I can make them with my eyes shut and although she is no longer with us her recipes live on. That is why I love cooking! |
