| Introduction | Mom to a fiesty 2 year old boy with another little one on the way. This journal is an outlet for me into all of my madness and monsters inside. Now that I'm a parent and pregnant, these monsters seem to be coming to the surface more and more, and my traditional way of dealing with difficult emotions and feelings and past isn't seeming to work any longer, so I felt that writing it out in a journal, as I used to do when I was younger may help me to voice my feelings, and see them more clearly, so that I may heal them, and understand them more. Hopefully there is no judgement on here for writing out my monsters - as I am not writing this for feedback, but more for self-evaluation, and because truthfully I judge myself far more harshly than anyone else, which is why I feel the need to write out my thoughts and judgements so that they don't continue. |
