| Introduction | In college, I changed my major to International Relations and spent a summer on a study abroad and backpacking through Europe. I LOVE travel, backpack living, small quarters, etc. THEN I met and fell in love with a Farmer, who also liked travel and experiencing new cultures- we met in Armenia. Fast forward to 2008, he decided we'd try our hand at produce farming and Petersen Family Farms was born. I'm slowly but surely learning the ropes of what farm-living means (err farm-living with a 20 theater, movie megaplex and target visible from my living room window).
