| Introduction | I am a resident of Lee's Summit, Missouri, a suburb of Kansas City. I am a mother of 3 daughters and a grandmother. I spent more than 15 years as an event planner for senior adults. I also write children's history books. My first one was published in November 2008, The Imaginary Journeys of BJ and Dobbin. I am working on my next one, which is titled BJ & Dobbin Meet the Presidents and First Ladies. These are chapter books of historical moments in a fantasy genre, for young children ages 7-11 yrs. old. |

| Favorite books | My book case is full of books too numerous to mention. But, if I was on a deserted island and had to pick one book, I would pick Matthew Henry's Commentary on the Bible. |
