Introduction	I started writing this blog purely as an information point for people about a particular Martial Art, especially women as I found it difficult when I first started to research about starting self defence to find any advice about being complete beginner. I started compling this blog now, so that I do not forget my inital experiences as a complete beginner who was at the start, terrifed out of her wits and felt like a fish out of water.
