| Introduction | I am a 31 year old woman who is unhappy and unhealthy. I need to make some changes in my life and I am starting with me. I have struggled with weight for a long time. I created this blog to help me on my journey from FAT to FABULOUS!!! UPDATE: I am now a 55 pound lighter 32 year old woman who is much happier and healthier than I was when I started this blog. I have not completed my journey yet, but I am well on my way! Thanks to all my readers who have supported me along the way! I will reach my goal weight. I just know it!!! :) |
