| Introduction | I am a California girl with Idaho roots. I am the oldest of 8 children. I am the proud mother of 6 children and 28 grandchildren. My immediate family mostly reside in Arizona with the one exception of my daughter Susan's family who reside in Georgia. My wonderful parents are still living and currently reside in Utah. With the exception of my sister Jody who lives in Idaho, my sibs are happily dwelling in our home state of California. I live in our ancestral home of southern Idaho. I am learning to appreciate spud cuisine with my fellow spudnuts. My wonderful husband is a native Idahoan. He is my 'other half'. We share so many interests. And yes, my father is an artist. |

| Favorite movies | ANYTHING my nephew, film maker Jason Conforto does, Napoleon Dynamite (go Jared & Jerusha Hess!), BRIDE and Prejudice, Tess, Places in the Heart, Sense and Sensibility, The Enchanted Cottage (1945), John Wayne's The Searchers, True Grit and The Shootist, and most foreign films. |
| Favorite music | classical, rock, country western, anything Celtic (Chieftans), most international music including Finland's hardanger fiddle! I love ABBA |
| Favorite books | Kathryn by Anya Seton and any book by Leon Uris or James Mitchner, Amy Tan and ANY book by Richard Paul Evans, my FAVORITE author. I love Tolstoy too! |
