| Introduction | Jennifer Brown is a lot of things -- humor writer, nail-biter, dog barf picker upper -- but more than anything she is a mommy. A stressed-out, how-did-I-get-myself-into-this mommy, but a mommy just the same. There is little in life she's taken more pride in than the fact that she's successfully taught three kids to speak, roll over, and fetch the remote control. Just a few more tricks and they'll be caught up with the dog. As a humor columnist, Jennifer gets to air her frustrations on a twice-monthly basis in The Kansas City Star, but finds that sometimes there's more she wants to say. So she decided to create a blog (blogging being something that, up until about a month ago she thought was something her boys did to make the toilet overflow), a place where she can say all the things she can't necessarily say in mixed company. And she won't even need a plunger afterward! |
