Introduction	Sitting with Discomfort is a blog about Eating Disorder Recovery. I have struggled with bulimia and anorexia for ten years now. This blog is not only about recovery but it is about what comes next. My goal is to inspire others to kick-start their own recoveries. Update: We all have lapses, myself included.
