| Introduction | As I observe my brothers and sisters interact with their grandchildren, I am warmed by the wonderful examples they set. They play silly games; give lots of cuddles; share books, stories and laughter; and provide love and support to the weary parents. This has encouraged my interest in children's literature that examples such behaviour, hence this "Awesome Grandies" blog. These books are currently available and you can find them at your local library (if you can't, just ask). |
