Introduction	I should've named this blog "Little Chicken" since that's what my husband calls me. You know, the little smart chicken that follows Foghog Leghorn around. Well, that's me: glasses, smart, inquisitive, quiet. Yeah, "Little Chicken" would've been good. I have over 100 published pieces.
Interests	Writing, genealogy, basketball, and movies.
Favorite movies	Slingblade, The Road, Gone With the Wind, Steel Magnolias, Terms of Endearment, Radio, The Pianist, With Honors, The Godfather, Scent of a Woman, Cold Mountain, Wuthering Heights, and any with Morgan Freeman, Kevin Costner, or Clint Eastwood.
Favorite music	Bluegrass, Hard Rock, Classic Rock, and Disco!
