Introduction	Recently graduated with my Associate of Arts in Physical Education. Eventually will be a licensed MAT (Muscle Activation Techniques) Specialist. For now, I am heading to Dayton School of Medical Massage to get some in-depth anatomy instruction! While in school, I am teaching fitness classes (mostly Zumba) and doing some private trainings. Also studying for my ACSM HFS certification. (American College of Sports Medicine- Health Fitness Specialist)
