| Introduction | We are Cindy and Fred Feather. We were born in Denver, CO and Nashville, AR (respectively), in the fifties (yes we are baby boomers). We believe that Jesus is our Lord and Savior and He is the center of our existence. He has helped us through our ups and downs and has never disappointed. HE IS AWESOME! We were married in 1975 at Cindy's grandma's house in Poudre Canyon (above Fort Collins, CO). Fred is a Viet Nam veteran (101st Airborne Ranger). Our son Daniel was born in 1977; and our daughter, Melissa, was born in 1980. We moved to Missouri in 1987, where Cindy worked at Leggett & Platt for 21 1/2 years. Fred was an interior design and installation contractor. We are retired. We've been through tough times, the most trying being the loss of our dear son, Dan, in August of 2007. We cherish the time he was with us and are thankful for it. Our daughter, Melissa, works at School Messenger and she is the light of our life. She is also the mother of our little sweet pea Riley Danielle Arie. We love being Grandad and Grandma. |
