| Introduction | A thwarted writer with a degree in English Lit and Philosophy. I live in Norwich, East Anglia. Fenland Tales started as a daily whinge about my three hour commute to and from work every day. Happily, I got a job in Norwich, a mere eight minute walk from home. So then, Fenland Tales recorded the 2009 Book Challenge. My friend challenged me to read a book every week. They're in alphabetical order by first name for the first six months, and then alphabetical order by surname for the second six months. Enjoy! I finished the Book Challenge 2009 by the skin of my teeth. I also moved jobs and now work just outside of Norwich - a small commute of 40 minutes or so each way. Still, nothing to complain about!
