Introduction	I love to cook, exercise and write. This is the perfect outlet to share all that I know, and hopefully force me to learn and share all that I do not.
Interests	I love to cook, ski, snowboard, play tennis, mountain bike, hike, play golf and write.
Favorite movies	Braveheart, A River Runs Through It, Good Will Hunting, Bourne Identity and any documentary I can get my hands on.
Favorite music	It's the old cliche, "I like anything but rap," but it's true; it all depends on the mood that I'm in and what I'm doing. There is nothing better than a hint of heavy metal to ramp me up when running or working out, and sometimes a little Adele is perfect when I'm cleaning the house.
Favorite books	The Historian, The DaVinci Code and The Last Days of Dogtown top my list, however, right now I'm reading a lot of chef biographies; I've watched enough Anthony Bourdain on the Travel Channel that I can actually hear his voice when I'm reading his books. He is a great story teller.
