| Introduction | On Christmas Day back in 2010 I set myself the challenge of writing a new and unique poem every day over the course of a year. I managed for 6 months until a move to Africa broke the routine. Sadly the intensity of life didn't provide time for poetry and resulted in a barren patch of some 14 years. I'm hoping a happy reconnection with someone special has resurfaced the muse, and ignited fresh material, for 'After all, in matters of the spirit, men are all engaged in colloquies with themselves.
