Introduction	I am a mixed-media artist. Most of my work is currently collage on canvas, paper or illustration board. Although my work is abstract, it definitely has subject matter. The content comes from my surroundings and my life and from the materials themselves. Among the materials I use in collages are gessos, acrylic paints, acrylic inks, graphite, metalics and many types of papers which I have stained, painted, printed upon and textured by various means. I want my art to communicate optimism and excitement along with a sense of play and well-being. I welcome comments and questions always.
Interests	family (husband, children, grandchildren, siblings), art, cooking and food, interior design, architecture,fashion, yoga and physical fitness, current events.
Favorite movies	We see many movies as they come out -- we always check them out first on "Rotten Tomatoes" -- we like good comedy; good drama; good childrens' movies (which we see with our grandchildren), but we always avoid violence.
Favorite music	I listen to the classics -- including classic pop, classic rock, classic country, classic jazz and classic classical
Favorite books	I read newspapers and magazines, including "Cloth, Paper,Scissors," "Sunset," and others. I study art books all the time. I read nonfiction as well as high-quality novels.
