| Introduction | I am 22 years old and currently attending Nursing school at Cincinnati State. I am what my friends refer to as an "Italian Hippy". I should have been born in the sixties because I am all about bringing peace to those around me. Most of my family lives in Italy and I hold my culture very close to my heart even learning Italian as my first language. I currently have two terms left and cannot wait to graduate from school in January. I recently started working at Christ Hospital and it means the world to me to be able to help others. My future plans are to get a Masters and become a pediatric nurse practioner. I hope to one day partake in missionary trips and travel to less fortunate parts of the country and world to help care for others. My biggest dreams in life are to simply make a difference in the lives of those I care for, get married, be a great mom and enjoy life to the fullest. |
| Interests | I have a lot of interests in life. I am someone who loves to stay busy but, I am deeply greatful for those days where I have nothing to do and I can just sit back and appreciate life. I love animals, being outdoors and staying active. I love traveling, helping others, spending time with friends and family, cooking, dancing, exercising, reading a good book, taking walks with my crazy doggies and anything to do with music. |
| Favorite Movies | I love comedies. Everyone needs to laugh more in life. Some of my favorite comedic actors are Will Farrell, Owen Wilson, Vince Vaughn, Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan. I love classics like John Belushi, Dan Ackroyd, Chris Farely and John Candy. Any of Chevy Chase's Griswold Family Vacation Movies are great. I could write a few about my past family vacations. I think pretty much any movie Will Smith makes, is a success. Dazed & Confused is amazing! La Vita e' Bella is one of the best movies ever made! I love the movie The Notebook and many other Love Stories. What girl does not like a good romance. If you have ever seen My Big Fat Greek Wedding, that movie was written about my life and my crazy Italian Family. I am also a sucker for a good mystery movie. |
| Favorite Music | I love good old fashioned rock and roll. I should have been born in the sixties and seventies. I listen mainly to bands like Led Zepplin, Guns N' Roses, Pink Floyd, ACDC, Journey, Sublime, Jack Johnson, Tom Petty, Van Halen, Lynard Skynard, Bob Marley, Dave Matthews Band, Coldplay, The Eagles, CCR, Incubus and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. |
| Favorite Books | I love a good Mystery or Romance Novel. Some of my favorite authors are Alice Sebold and Nicholas Sparks. My favorite books written by them include The Notebook and The Guardian by Nicholas Sparks and The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold. |
