| Introduction | A little about me, okay. I grew up with some medical conditions, but my environment did not coddle me, instead, I was taught that this is what it is, and we can live with it, not allowing it to become me. The lessons I earned from that and the people in my life(which you guessed it, where very much hippies) taught me to look around , food, herbs and the way we cared for ourselves and the people around us, would go far. Later in my teens, I was very sick, looking a open hear surgery, and I meet a heart surgeon that said to me, "Learn to meditate and maybe do some yoga, your body holds all your stress". So, I took a few more years of going in and out of Doctors before I listened and started down the world of mediation and Ayurveda. From their, I started on the road to massage, Reiki and it just continued to go from their. Now, 20 years in practice and I have been moving into a space of teaching and coaching others. |

Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?
flexibility - For me it's the flexibility to take the time for self care, time with the family or time to work on a class I want t teach, this is the flexibility I have created in my life
