Introduction	I am a husband and father to the greatest people ever. I have a son who is the most amazing kid in the world. Grayson, my daughter is going to be trouble when she's older and already is practicing. Then my wife is by far the greatest woman alive to be able to put up with me and my video games. I work full time as an Architectural Draftsman and am able to spend my spare time balancing family time and my "defrag" time (which includes my video games and things like food). I am not formally trained in cooking but I have a deep love for both eating and making food and hope to share my experiences with all of you.
