Introduction	I started cooking from boxes and bags as a young kid who wanted dessert. I moved on to recipe based cookies and french toast. Now I find many recipes based on several websites when I just don't know what to make but I know what I have in the pantry and fridge. Last night I made something all my own. And this sparked my idea. Sometimes you are just looking for something that is simple and quick. With 5 kids and me in school while working, we fully believe in that. Some of these are not that quick but all of them are easy. But I figured I'd post what we have for dinner and how to make it for all of those who need ideas. And also so when we sit down to write out a monthly meal plan, we can remember everything we've had recently. Bon Appetite!
