Introduction	I started Open Door Development in 2008 with a passion for using hands-on and interactive programming that engages participants instead of simply informing or entertaining them. Over the years with my various clients I realized that when a person is missing even a small, key piece of information about how to experience success in life, it can have disastrous effects, making life infinitely harder than it needs to be. All of Open Door Development's programming is fueled by the desire to help individuals identify the strengths they already have and explore their areas for growth, filling in some of the blanks so that they can not only survive in life, but THRIVE! I'm a graduate of Redeemer University College (2003) having studied Recreation and Social Work. I am also currently a Canadian Red Cross First Aid Instructor Trainer and StressWinner Stress Reduction Master Instructor Trainer.
