Introduction	Namaste Vanakam and Swagatam! I, Avni Ramrakshani, welcome you all to the AVNIYATI (Avni + Niyati) Lockdown diaries at online Yoganjali Natyalam! What is Yoganjali Natyalam, and how did this pandemic benefit me to connect with them? The City Centre of ICYER, Pondicherry is called Yoganjali Natyalam and Yogamaharishi Dr. Swami Gitananda Giri established it on March 29, 1993! This flourishing centre consists/teaches Yoga, Bharatanatyam and Carnatic Music. Due to the pandemic, they started to conduct online classes for all YOGNATians! My sister Niyati and I, enrolled into Yoganjali Natyalam through the guidance of our mother, and we are blessed to be groomed, physically and mentally by skillfully trained teachers, Dr Sir- Yogacharya Ananda Balyogi Bhavanani, Devasena Miss, Lalitha Miss, Krishnavenni akka, Vidya Shankari akka and Dhivya Priya akka! As Meenakshi Devi Bhavanani; i.e Ammaji, rightfully says, 'We build our own character with every thought we think', therefore in the same way, all children at YogNat are surrounded/influenced by such people who will help them to grow and evolve into better Human BE-ings, not Human DO-ings!
