| Introduction | I'm a new youth minister who thinks a lot...I think that youth ministry has many parts, just like a symphony. A symphony has a conductor, strings, wind instruments, and percussion. It also has lots of different music and flare. In a way, youth ministry has lots of parts too. I think God is the composer and conductor. He designed a beautiful plan for us, however he's always there to guide us, when we get off tempo. The kids, the volunteers, and the teachers are the musicians. And our many prayers, games, lessons, worship, mission trips, and activities are the many movements in the song. This blog is just to share about my church's youth ministry program, and I hope it's a way to reflect on YM and possibly give out some ideas to other youth ministers. |
