| Introduction | Some background on myself. I'm a practicing medical doctor living in the United States who practices traditional Western medicine, with generous amounts of various alternative therapies thrown in. I am not dogmatic in any medical beliefs - I use whatever works for the patient. I hold a respect for the Western medical model but am dissatified with it's incompleteness. I've explored most alternative forms of medicine and have found many to be intriguing and effective, however there was still something missing. This blog will communicate my quest for a more complete form of medicine. My working hypothesis on this is that it will incorporate aspects of all the various forms of medicine /healing brought together by a spirituality most likely practiced by the Ancient Mystery Schools. |
