Introduction	I am a first year English teacher setting out to change some 7th grade lives. I am also a writer, singer, actress, harpist, and lover of all things bright and beautiful.
Favorite movies	The Princess Bride, Emma, Lord of the Rings, anything by Shakespeare or BBC.
Favorite music	Not rap in general, but most anything else that has a nice sound and no swear words. I am especially a fan of Broadway, the Tabernacle Choir, Pachelbel's Cannon in D, Celtic music in general, and anything played on a harp.
Favorite books	I could no sooner pick a favorite relative--I just love them all too much. I would never say no to Harry Potter, though--and I am a sucker for A Tale of Two Cities and Silas Marner. I would also take an Agatha Christie novel any time you happen to have one.
