The man who eats everything must not look down on him who does not, and the man who does not eat everything must not condemn the man who does, for God has accepted him. Who are you to judge someone else's servant? To his own master he stands or falls. And he will stand, for the Lord is able to make him stand."} The 'food/eating' thing, and any references to vegetarianism vs. meat eating, is just to serve as an example, demonstrating a theme. This passage is talking about far more than the simplicity of [for instance] what we eat or partake of. But read the whole chapter; it also has important things to say about if you feel unsure about this or that "freedom," and about one's relationship with God being a highly personal & individual thing.
