Hi, I am Faimie, a 50 something home gardener, dog lover, recycler, quilter and parent of one technically brilliant adult son Brodie and partner of Mike, the tidy gardener - I'm the untidy gardener!! My blog aims to record the garden - the successes and failures, mistakes, seasonal change and development of wildlife habitat as well as floral art created from the garden and the odd recipe or two. It's not a fancy garden. It's a productive cottage garden, not quite organic and the budget is small. It has become my passion and happy place.
